The nice lady immediately re- read the same instructions and said “it could be cracked during the transportation… you are responsible now because you signed Pickup Bill of Lading”. I asked what can be done because of the cracked drawer. I called the store located 487 E Moorestown Rd, in Wind Gap, PA 18091. Do you know any other stores who would give you such notes to sign? I don’t… When we installed the bedside table, one of the drawers was cracked. His English is limited and he is very busy with his work. They gave him a paper to sign that says: “I understand that it is my sole responsibility to open and inspect merchandise to ensure that it is in satisfactory condition Prior loading it on my vehicle….” My husband just signed the paper. He didn't open the boxes at the store and didn’t check if everything was in order. We chose 2 bedside tables and decided to pick them up in the store. This was the first and the last time I bought something from Ashley. We Paid for A 5 year Warranty for this Furniture and have got Nothing but Hard times from Ashley Furniture Customer service and nothing But Excuses from their Warranty company. We will never Buy anything from Ashley Furniture ever again it's sad that a Company like this Takes advantage of Customers like they Do especially a Disabled Veteran like myself and a Disabled Lady and Christian ✝️ lady like my wife so like I said I will not Refer anyone to Ashley Furniture I will tell them to go to Butterworth Furniture if they want Quality furniture and Quality Customer care we feel like this Furniture is lower grade furniture not Quality Furniture. I explained we have been trying to get montage to fix this for 6 months now she Stated once again it's not My Problem so Do what you have to do we will not Remove this from you account then Hung up on me Worst Customer service I have ever had to Experience ever we still have the Loveseat but still Cannot sit in it SAD that a Customer has to go through something like this with a Company like Ashley Furniture. I Spoke to a Customer Service Supervisor on November 4th 2022 while at the Colonial Heights Virginia Store and she Flat out said this is not Ashley Furniture's Problem anymore and I explained to her I would contact legal counsel and I was told she did not Care this wasn't her problem or Ashley Furniture's Problem at all We where just PAST the 1 year deadline for the Furniture. I feel as if Ashley Furniture has take advantage of my wife in all aspects of the word and myself. I called Ashley and was told to call the Warranty company Montage that was in May I have called Customer service and they say we can't help you it's not our Problem anymore you bought this over a year ago. Bolts sheared off from the inside of the loveseat. I have been trying to get the love seat removed from our account becouse Why am I paying for furniture that we cannot use my wife is a small women and when she sits on the loveseat she sinks so far Down that I see her from her neck up after this experience I Would not Refer anyone to purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. We purchased a living room Suite little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it this loveseat has Broken 4 times been Replaced already and now it's Broken again this great warranty Company that Ashley has is worse than any I have ever dealt with. Ashley Furniture needs to BACK up their sales of their furniture. Being Taken advantage of poor Customer service.įirst off I am a Disabled Veteran and my Wife is also Disabled.
